Vonnie James communicates for social and behavioral change following the MA Communication for Social and Behaviour Change by CARIMAC which provides participants with a solid foundation in theory, research methods and practice while it prepares them to conceptualise, design, manage and evaluate evidence-based strategic programmes for social and behaviour change. The range of challenges and opportunities he addresses include Social Justice | Spirituality | Sexuality| Leadership | Theology.
Past substantive portfolios include President of the Grenada Baptist Association and Chairman (Ag) of the Conference of Churches, Grenada.
He is becoming a budding author and intends to pursue a few doctorates in Theology, Human Services and Sustainable Community Development to better equip himself for this mission.

Mission: To use Christian Theology to communicate to transform lives in the church and wider society in a pastorally caring approach.
As a Social Justice Advocate Vonnie has a history of mixing faith with intellect and 'intercoursing' theology with journalism to positively influence communities and countries.
He has also been involved in Leadership and Theological Training since 2008 but began writing in 2009.
He has the distinct privilege of being the first graduate of the UTCWI/UWI-Mona to hold a triple qualification that includes journalism.
As an offshoot of this, he breathes research and writing every day.
He is passionate about serving the church and wider society.
He is currently on a sabbatical to write and pursue some needed studies.
